Preparing a Fracture party

From UO:PvE Wiki

One to five eligible players must pass the same ready check before an expedition consumes its token.

Entry checklist#

Keep the stone or charter in the leader’s backpack. A group must already be a normal party led by that character. Everyone receives a ready invitation, including the leader, and all must accept within two minutes. Eligibility is checked again after the last acceptance.

  • The group contains one to five distinct characters, with at most one character from each account.
  • Everyone is alive, on the leader’s map, within eight tiles and in line of sight.
  • Everyone is noncriminal and has no active aggressor or aggressed records.
  • No member is in another expedition, already inside a rift region or holding an unclaimed checkpoint reward.
  • The starting difficulty is within both the member’s licensed ceiling and recommended ceiling, and is meaningful for that member.
  • For charters, the leader owns the charter and every participant belongs to the Hunters Guild.

Readiness and capacity#

A participant cannot have overlapping pending invitations. Declining ends that invitation; waiting two minutes lets it expire. Entry failure leaves the item intact.

The system supports four concurrent arena cells and builds them when needed. A cell can be refused when occupied or unsuitable. There is no waiting queue in this entry code; retry once capacity is available.

Followers and the fixed roster#

Followers belonging to a participant enter when they are on that participant’s map and within eight tiles at the start. The player roster cannot be expanded after entry. Leaving a group run makes it unranked, and a departed player cannot rejoin.

Players, followers and return positions are tracked for the run. Open [Rift to inspect progress or request a confirmed retreat.
