Parties and corpse-loot permission

From UO:PvE Wiki

Coordinate with up to 10 characters and choose whether party members may loot your corpse.

Form a party#

Use the client party controls to invite a character. Only the leader can add members; accepted members plus pending invitations may total at most 10. The invitation supports /accept and /decline.

Opposing members of the actual faction system cannot join the same party. This is separate from a civic reputation pledge. Leaving as leader disbands the party; a party also disbands when only one member remains.

Loot permission#

Each party member chooses whether the party may loot that character’s corpse. The corpse checks the deceased owner’s setting. Being grouped is not automatic permission to take another member’s belongings.

Party grouping also does not guarantee equal progression rewards: encounter and expedition contribution rules still decide credit. Use the appropriate encounter guide for reward thresholds.
