Accept an assignment#
Open [HunterLodge or [Bounties. Accepting and filing require Hunter Guild membership and a registered Hunter guildmaster within three tiles, visible and in line of sight. Only one bounty can be active at a time. The panel can be opened elsewhere to view progress.
The three offers are Undead, Demons and Humanoids. Their order rotates daily. Your accepted family, difficulty range and kill requirement remain fixed after acceptance, including across daily rotations and saved reloads. Requirements depend on your current Hunter band and the chosen offer’s position.
| Accepted band | First / second / third offer kills | Gold in any cache | Weapon or armour chance |
|---|---|---|---|
| D2–20 | 12 / 14 / 16 | 30 | 18% |
| D21–35 | 16 / 18 / 20 | 90 | 35% |
| D36–50 | 20 / 22 / 24 | 220 | 55% |
| D51–65 | 24 / 26 / 28 | 550 | 35% |
| D66–80 | 28 / 30 / 32 | 550 | 35% |
| D81–95 | 32 / 34 / 36 | 1,200 | 70% |
What counts#
Each kill must come from a completed progression-eligible encounter, match your accepted prey family and fall inside the accepted difficulty range. You need at least 10% of the allocated encounter contribution, and the difficulty must still be meaningful for your character. Duplicate completion records cannot add progress twice.
The ordinary families use the Silver, Exorcism and Repond slayer classifications. Fracture creatures use their expedition theme directly, so matching charter enemies can advance a bounty.
Choose one cache#
Weapons and Armour each include guaranteed gold and a chance of one corresponding item. Armour can produce a shield. Supplies include guaranteed gold, one Greater Heal Potion and 10 + floor(accepted upper difficulty / 5) bandages.
Filing awards 15 Hunter reputation through the society reward limits and records contract activity. The filing method adds no separate bounty XP; eligible fighting uses normal progression. A full backpack preserves the completed bounty.
Filing starts a 30-minute wait before another acceptance. Confirmed abandonment loses progress and starts a five-minute wait.
Availability#
The bounty system is implemented. Accepting and filing still depend on a Hunter guildmaster having been placed and registered in the world; this audit did not inspect live NPC placement.
