  • Requires legal source/destination recall travel, no sigil, no criminal or active combat restriction, no overloading, and an unblocked destination. Young-character, murderer and multi-structure restrictions apply.
  • Costs 15 base tithing and 10 base mana; the runebook-charge pathway also spends a charge.
