Effects and formulas#
- After a one-second effect delay, deals 100% cold damage based on B = min(trunc((Magery + Intelligence) / 5), 60), then a random integer from B to B + 4.
- Applies the shard Inscription damage bonus and shared damage handling. Its slayer damage scalar is always 1.
Notes#
